Our team of dedicated special education teachers, paraprofessionals, and support staff works together with families to create and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) that address each student’s specific goals.
Our Services
IEP Development
Comprehensive programs developed collaboratively with parents, teachers, and support staff.
Specialized Instruction
Direct instruction from certified special education teachers in resource rooms or general education settings.
Accommodations
Extended time, modified assignments, preferential seating, and other accommodations as specified in IEPs.
Speech & Language
Therapy services for students who qualify, provided by licensed specialists.
Counseling Services
Social-emotional support helping students develop coping skills and self-advocacy.
Transition Planning
Comprehensive transition services beginning at age 16 to prepare students for post-secondary life.
The IEP Process
- Referral — a student is referred for evaluation by parents, teachers, or school staff.
- Evaluation — comprehensive evaluation to determine eligibility and identify specific needs.
- IEP Meeting — the team develops goals, services, and accommodations together.
- Implementation — services begin and progress is monitored regularly.
