Before You Can Participate
All five requirements must be complete before joining any team activities.
- Current sports physical on file. Download Form
- Concussion training — complete the course and email your certificate to the Athletic Director. Access Training
- Athletic handbook — review all policies, procedures, and expectations. View Handbook
- Electronic acknowledgment confirming you’ve read and understood the requirements. Submit Form
- $100 annual sports fee per school year. Make Payment
